Hi, i just booked a unit A-18th Floor 1 week ago and now awaiting for loan approval, this is my first house and there is some doubt, hope SIFU here can help.
1. Is a commercial land with HDA does it means the Electric and water bill will be under Residential rate? and owner will need to apply itself? And if can apply under Residential rate would it have a lifespan and after the lifespan will it convert back to Commercial rate?
2. The Shopping mall and the SKY Roof facilities IF failed like Jaya Grocer not coming in or no one are renting their shop-lot like Scott Garden and the SKY roof restaurant failed and KP the developer are making a lost, can they charge the resident in their maintenance fee to cover their lost?
