4. Limitations on Your Use of the Service.

A. You may only access the Service from within the territorial boundaries of the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Singapore. Any access to your Account, whether by you or anyone else, from any location outside those countries is a breach of this Agreement.

We're not included. FYI breaching the ToS can and will result in a ban of the account.

If you go to the asiasoft forums http://forums.asiasoft.net/ they claim to be distributing WoW in Singapore AND Malaysia. I was about to call them up and ask but then I realized that my phone is out of credit.

If Asiasoft does have an agreement with Blizzard to distribute WoW in Malaysia, then we should be safe. Either way Blizzard is looking into their ToS so keep your fingers crossed. As it is my friends who can stand the 1k ping are still playing and they haven't been banned or anything.

Best is still to get official word from Asiasoft. Will get on it.
