Tat oso true.. But hp quality like shit ever since merge wif compaq

Dell is spec + after sales service.
All the laptop I bought is from Dell with 3 yrs on site support.
In year 3 most of the parts are replace and it is like a new laptop!

So far no company can beat this kind of after sales service.
so in this perspective, it kenot be consider expensive.

nowaday dell do offer in home pick up and return instead on site services, not much ppl know ar ?

i often disassemble and change thermal paste and clean dust (upon warranty finish)
unless circuit burn or still on warranty, then i'll take to service
