Authorized service centers don't help you fix your cars they just help you replace parts (in this case the whole fucking harness wire). I had same experience with bmw, transfer case gear wear off, they quote replace whole transfer system @rm24k, I laughed at them and change it at workshop for less than rm1.5k.

I send my car to fix radiator leak and keyless entry.. mana tau put thr 3 weeks.. sa told me he found another problem .. got oil leak.. my initial problem all got warranty... but i tot oil leak maybe also warranty .. mana tau takda when collect car... i tiu tay fella.. he said is my fault coz i never ask....

do they practice this back in German? because i know Europeans might be rich, but they are really cost conscious. and their education background is higher & customer power is way bigger there and they have strict court that will issue big fines for these improper business conducts.
