You mean from 16:9 to 4:3 i presume?

Basically, there's no way u can convert to 4:3 without losing info. You don't need to rip or do anything like that. Just configure ur media player to zoom in full screen, but you'll lose your picture on both side. Alternatively, you can squeeze the 16:9 to full 4:3 by elongating the picture...that is if you like funny looking thin tall people...
