Hi sifus, My condo about to gain VP this coming September. I purchased it at 400K (SNP), with discount 10%. Therefore, my actual unit price is actually 360K. Let say if i want to sell the unit at 400K also same as SNP, before gaining VP or let say this coming august.. will i face any difficulties? Is it allowed? Furthermore, my loan dont hv lockin period. Seek for advise.

Interesting, want to know also.
But if the property is still under cobstruction, why do ppl want to buy from u at S&P price? May as well they buy directly from the developer, coz normally developer will give more benefit such as rebate for those property under construction. Unless the units are fully sold..

Purposely bought it for own stay but suddenly need to transfer far away from KL (another branch). I know that renting it will be good. But, nowadays its hard to get tenant.
