Selling undercon condo, VP on September 2016

Hi sifus,
My condo about to gain VP this coming September. I purchased it at 400K (SNP), with discount 10%. Therefore, my actual unit price is actually 360K. Let say if i want to sell the unit at 400K also same as SNP, before gaining VP or let say this coming august.. will i face any difficulties? Is it allowed? Furthermore, my loan dont hv lockin period. Seek for advise.  |
