As the topic above, I need the correct answer. I can't confirm as some say yes, some say no. Some honest seller say yes, some seller say no.

Any expert out there know the actual answer?

Small walkie-talkie, those 0.5-3 watt. Not those bulky bulky like police officer, security guard house 1...

If they require you to show ur license, of coz u can't immediately show. Must report to police station that you have the license.

Like gun, my uncle got the license. But, he didn't bring out the license at all 1 ar.

But I am sure they could have the license of certificate or identity card to prove that they have the license. Example, scuba diver have identity card and certificate

wrong

basic walkie talkie's like 0.5 watters which work on the FRS spectrum dont need license

but most walkie's at 1watt and above transmit power are generally on the GMRS spectrum which needs a license to operate legally

There is a license actually. If you are using 5 watt walkie-talkie, you could even try ur luck to get into the police signal.

I wondering without license, what is the penalty?
