OK, here is what I know
Actually the truth is for some activities Sirim is doing, especially for items that require testing of time measurement, they got to have a reference. possibly its for compliance of ISO standards that they may have. So when auditors ask how to measure the time of the equipment is accurate? they will say Stop watch, then, they will ask How they measure the stop watch is accurate, then sirim will answer they do checking of the stopwatches every week using the Sirim Time. |
