Malaysia Standard Time by SIRIM.

Sometimes i do check with others website, mostly they didn't follow the standard time by sirim.

i'm quite sure our MST is +30 min on accuracy.

i've met so many pipu say 7PM MST time, then they sampai at 730PM.

malaysia standard time actually GMT +9

because always 1 hour late

I bet SIRIM also get the time from time.windows.com server.

I set everything according to Sirim MST.

but always terawal/terlambat from astro. a minute or two.

still remember dailing Telekom number 1030 or 103 for the Malaysia time last time when amah need to put freah battery at clock

OK, here is what I know

Actually the truth is for some activities Sirim is doing, especially for items that require testing of time measurement, they got to have a reference. possibly its for compliance of ISO standards that they may have.

So when auditors ask how to measure the time of the equipment is accurate? they will say Stop watch, then, they will ask How they measure the stop watch is accurate, then sirim will answer they do checking of the stopwatches every week using the Sirim Time.
