Different regions have different games.
Usually it's either local or US.
Local region advantage
- cheaper PS+
- can use your own credit card
- PS+ games are as good if not better than the US counterpart.

US region advantage
- More games. Most AAA titles will be released everywhere though.

Most people here have a primary local account and a secondary US account.

That is some good pick, right there. If I may, consider the following points:
• Get the season pass for Arkham Knight as it grants you all the other missions, that are either led back characters other than Batman OR additional foes that Batman must face, to save Gotham! 
• Among the 3 mentioned Assassin’s Creed game, Syndicate was the only one that had positive feedbacks. I did some read up because I, too, like yourself, had those 3 titles in my cart. 
• I avoided the whole Assassin’s Creed series since the beginning as I have heard of problems surrounding the game. However, my friend loaned me the Assassin’s Creed: Origin and I gotta say, that was a good game. When I asked my friend, if there I should play the previous Assassin’s Creed games and he told me not to, as Origins covers it all and it is the best among all. 
I know, right!
We are so spoiled for choices. 
Personally, I would say it is worth it. However, as mentioned by danger46, it is a bloody huge map … even for a character who is riding on a camel or horse!

To give you an idea of how huge the map is, this is what happened to me:

• I had marked the destination point for Bayek, the main character, to head to, on the map.
• Bayek was riding a horse and he was on his way.
• I cleaned up my studio room, including vacuuming and mopping the floor; even took out the trash, and when I got back to theroom …Bayek was still riding!

If we are getting that as well, then I got to thank my lucky star because I did want to get that game during the last sales but I did not, in the end.
Yea, PlayStation® Asia is really slow at this, and I learnt my lesson from the last time, to just wait for their official announcement instead of trying to get the scoop from other sources. LOL

For game with long term replay value, it's worth buying it. The free game is like free rental, one day when your subscription expired you cannot play them anymore.

That's why I don't play that game too. 
I have no fantasy of planning a crime and executing it.

Just saw Summer sales for PS Asia, with additional 10% discount code some more 
But not every game is at its cheapest, better check the previous lowest price before buying.

did a catalog count recently, my PS4 games catalog already reach 3 digits, including those PS+ IGC, and 80% of them I haven't finish

so nowadays when I start a new game I'll usually start with the easy difficulty to finish it ASAP, almost zero new game+
any missions/achievements that requires long time, forget it
unless it's a AAA game worth our time to slowly savoring it, then I'll play in normal difficulty

what do you expect? $60 vs rm129...can't complain much really and summore Beyond2sSouls still is not a bad game
