Go buy 12M PSN Gift Card from 7-11.
Redeem within the promo period and get free 3Months addtional on top of the 12months.

If you bought from 7-11 and redeemed during the campaign period, then you eligible.
If you didnt get the 3 months, then you have to contact directly with Sony .

They are in control in rewarding the 3 months extra.

Quote your source. Otherwise stop spreading your own misinformation.

If I was the supplier , I would be rich . I just makan gaji and this is personal effort to make people aware of our gift cards in 7-11 . Not only Sony.
If I am spreading something not true about Sony promotion on gift card, they would be able to sue me or even sue 7-11 for misinformation . 7-11 have poster in stores to promote the same thing. 7-11 have a social media post to 1.2 millions of their fans on Facebook.

If you really didnt get the 3 months , I am more concerned than you because I am concerned for everyone that have purchased and redeem our gift cards during the promo event.

This is our first Sony Promotion we do for our gift card. Previously is all online with PSN store . Nothing to do with our gift cards.

And I think I might know about your "previously" because I also bought the 12M online which I also didnt get the 3M . The promo that time was for new user only or for those that do not have active PSN subscription at the time of purchase.
