cannot. games downloaded via subscription are only active with your PS+. the games have an expiry date in your account settings which is the date your PS+ expires.

i dont think its taken down but maybe some bad scripting. cause last time i saw it. but once log in it disappears, then reappears. and then even after sale still shows up. so i think just crap scripting LOL.
