Thanks for the kind words /sentiments guys, really appreciate it. notworthy.gif
Like many have said, I didn't even know what hit me. Woke up and I'm already in the hospital and before that, Zulfahmi on the WSSP and me leaving sepang going through terrible jam on the way back.

Sorry to disappoint as well as I didn't bring my video camera hence no recording made.
Besides I was apparently hit behind so I don't think much can be captured even if I did record sad.gif

Thanks also for the investigation however try to keep it civil /no vigilante ya.

I just want to claim the car 's insurance but apparently uninsured sweat.gif cry.gif

Just visited Quazacolt. He just came back from Radiology dept for CT Thorax.

Currently on nice dose of painkiller. Quite comfortable however still seems fuzzy. Able to speak well but I don't think he recognize me.

Just take a good rest and enjoy your Milo. Anything you need just PM me.

Thanks for visiting bro, thought you're queenc lol
And ya I won't recognize you for the time being with your surgical mask tongue.gif
Catch up later bro!

Sorry for the late reply/update guys .
And huge thanks for the kind words /sentiments/concerns , especially to those who visited me personally, really appreciate it notworthy.gif

To update on my injuries sustained :
- Minor face fracture
- skull (behind) fracture
- Neck fracture
- Right rib fracture
- Sternum fracture
- Shoulder blade fractures

Latest CT scan found additional fractures to the spine. Surgery TBC monday by dr. Tan, spinal surgeon

Fracture found at t2-5 (upper sections of the spine), major problem is at t3, t4 where the fracture is slightly pressing against the spinal cord, but so far absolutely no symptoms of spinal cord damage (limbs no weakness or numbness)

The surgery basically involve metal screws and rods to stabilize my upper spinal column to facilitate quicker recovery.

Surgery failure would mean possibly death (as that segment controls my breathing /heart) and /or paralysis of my entire lower body. sad.gif

On a side note both of the below are directly injected into my blood stream :
This was originally available, at 5 minutes cooldown on demand. Dosage per usage increased twice throughout my stay.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fentanyl

This is added after my CT scan, on a constant dosage, and dosage increased once :

Copy paste
Dearest friends /family /forumers/associates/relatives:
Surgery performed on 8 am Friday 27 may 2016 and after more than 4 hours it was successfully completed around 12 noon.

It was originally scheduled for around 10 pm (I was already on incubation anesthetic since then) on Thursday 26 may however had complication and to avoid risk it was postponed to Friday morning instead.

I only regained consciousness around 5-6am on Saturday morning 28 may.
I only gotten my phone on Sunday late evening few hours ago on 29 may 2016 so yeah it's going to take a while to update /reply to everyone.

As a quick/simple summary: The surgery basically involved permanently implanting 8 screws and 2 rods on to the t2-t6 segments of my spinal cord and yes I will have difficulty passing metal detection checkpoints lol.

update on my R25:
almost nothing dmg. missing headlamp back cover, i guess someone just telling me to cough up or claim that rm600+ whole headlamp unit replacement lol.
frame slider and front wheel slider, bar end took most of the damage, protected the bike. just need to replace the wheel slider/frame slider.
signal lamp also loosened again. this time i still got my rear brake hahaha, bracket didn't broke again.

all in all, bike is fine. tried to straighten it but failed, so had to suffer some cold start i guess?
started up without issue, battery still healthy, all instruments/lights (except for one signal lamp) all fine. brakes all ok, wheels seem not misaligned/unbalanced.
off it, had to get mom together with myself repark the bike a bit since they almost had the bike stuck to the wall and the rubbers seemed to get stuck on the floor :/

check engine oil level all fine, this time i got on it, easier to straighten the bike, start up again all fine, warmed up the bike, get it first gear and move a bit/neutral etc.
and some red lines, everything seemed the same without issues.

i jealous of the bike getting out of it almost without issue lol.
and it's frustrating that i can barely handle my own 70 ish kilos, and then facing 160 kilos, it was just really hard.

Next time don't forget to put on cam bro, after the surgery how long it takes to recover until you can do normal activity again not to say extreme activity like carrying heavy stuffs
*
still thinking on solutions/budgeting etc.

recovery depends on the patient i guess, and i suppose im not the best person to ask when it comes to this as i believe that there are others doing better.
supposedly, i am doing normal activities at home i guess.

update on follow up police report (yes they require the victim to personally report)
- sergeant sent a letter to the offender to make their side of report
- 2 months and was ignored, sergeant going to send second letter soon
- registered letter so impossible that it didn't reach; only thing them being foreigners, the contents are in BM so they may just be ignorant. still, being in Malaysia, should just get someone else to translate and no excuse ignoring something from police.
- looking up lawyer candidates for lawsuit, only way to bring some form of justice nod.gif

Highway without bike lane is not safe for motorcycle, and motorcycle not supposed to use the middle and fast lane of a highway. Flesh vs metal who will win? Better ride slowly and safely next time.

QUOTE(RicoT @ Jul 15 2016, 08:46 AM)
Regardless of my experience of riding any type bike, it is common sense that riding a motorcycle is risker on the highway without bike lane, especially those superbikes who like to illegally overtake in between lanes and increase the chance of getting hit. Risk significantly overshadow reward. So until riders learn to ride like a car on highway and be treated by other cars as equal, it is in the best interest to riders and drivers alike and ban all motorcycles from riding on non-bike-laned highways for the sake of saving many lives and post accident hardship of both motorcycle riders and drivers.
*
first of all, have you gone through the earlier contents in this thread?
secondly, do you know what causes the risks towards motorcycles excluding the reasons that are self caused by the rider?
lastly, have you experienced actual bike lanes? (hint: feel free to visit paul tan website, they will give you a tour, no joke, full video recording)

i do agree riders are at higher risk, however if everyone do their part, i think risks can be mitigated with everyone just going about their own way/mind their own business.

i won't go as far as telling you to stfu, you are entitled to your own opinions after all.
however i do hope that you review your opinion without bias and with a more broadened perspective smile.gif
i am both a car driver and bike rider so suffice to say i've been to both camps.
