If you are perfectly healthy, then 1 tsp/day is enough. If you have disease like heart problem, eye problem, painful joints then >2 tsp.

Ahh I see...ok, 1 tsp it is then!

It is very important to buy a good product.

Check out on how you can test whether the Omega 3 you taken daily good or not. Here is the link of the video of the test:

I've been taking iHerb Nordic Naturals, Omega-3, Lemon, 1000 mg, 180 Soft Gels for months now, seems to be working well but it took some time for my body to adjust.

Carlson and Nordic are good brand with high quality fish oil. Highly recommended. Take carlson if your budget cannot afford Nordic. If you can afford Nordic, go for Nordic.

For my case, since I have brain illness (encephalitis), the differences for me were:
Initially, feel sleepy after taking but after around I think 2 weeks plus-minus, no longer sleepy after taking.
As for improvements, my cognitive process, as well as body functions, improved; but they took a while, understandably.

Hope that helps, and on a different note, Kimi Räikkönen was my favourite F1 racer. smile.gif
