Is the old smaller sized ASNB topup form still usable? The new form is bigger sized now, I think also has a space to write phone number which previously not available.

Do different agent system can print their passbook using different font? I just noticed i have one transaction, the font is like squarish type of font.

I see the teller always make a pen stroke mark on the last transaction line too. Any purposes? Hmm..

Most hated is those where the printing 'senget' or print 2 transaction on the same line, later need correction use pen to write amount and stamped with bank logo.

Hmm.. I think some banks due to small space and quietness, can hear dialog between cashier and customer. Some cashier not very professional may repeat your amount by say out loud or ask you again.

Maybe that's how @wil-i-am know.. haha.. or maybe he saw the amount accidentally when fill up forms together on the small side table...

Pm update:- a short story 

Visited only 1 bank but waited for nearly 45mins  for my turn as staff was busy with customer changing passbook and attending to her other needs.
Initially I was ahead of this customer but decided to give way for her & her elderly mother. They didn't managed to get any transaction done (ASW & ASM) and he tried up to 100u for them. ( I was also praying hard when I noticed the customer also wanted to top up   )

By 3.40pm, the bank staff was already feeling sorry for me as I'd waited since 2.55pm. Actually I was feeling more anxious as the clock ticking by but I kept reassuring myself that at least I've got a bit of ASW earlier on & the total sum of 3 accounts for the whole week have been extremely good. Maybe today is just not my lucky day.

He checked ASW, finally the little box appeared on screen and the staff said 7k!    He was so happy for me and even the bank manager gave me a big  as I've been sitting there patiently. It may not be a big amount but I'm already happy to have a bit more.

I wonder can ASX account be FROZEN if got suspected of black money?

Asw today very less , my teller now jz pass the book to me , i saw the amount like haizzz... Anyway still thanks for her help as well...

4 transactions for only 1k today.  Lol.. the staff very kind to do for me although rm200 per transaction. 😆

Tried the other day. Staff said full *lazy to open for me*.
