QUOTE(Ramjade @ Jul 22 2016, 05:48 PM) MYR keep dropping, USD keep going up, news after news about a certain individual keeps coming out plus with uncertainty that ASX FP can become ASX VP When was that?Lots of people liquidate their hold on ASX FP including people here on LYN. Some people here liquidate half of their holdings amounting to 6 figure. You can particularly choose how much you want to topup. 5 figures one shot no problem. Every single day sure have. Now, looks like history is repeating. Just hope this time people press the panic button instead of not pressing it. |

Was informed that some banks/branches have top up and withdrawal limit (from/to bank account) per day, whilst earlier posts seem to contradict with this. Any views?

QUOTE(twinkle5129 @ Jul 23 2016, 01:06 PM) CASA to ASX no limit. Only certain bank or all banks can have top up/withdraw more than 50k by filling forms? If per transaction >50k, staff needs to fill up forms. Total CASA to ASX can go beyond > 50k. As long as $$ are HALAL, no worry about filling up forms. |

QUOTE(twinkle5129 @ Jul 23 2016, 04:34 PM) I only know I must declare (fill up form) if my top up per transaction/ entry >50k from CASA. So far my max per entry/ transaction <50k as my bank staff advised to avoid trying for 50k/ shot. I'm alright following his decision. Rhb bank mentioned to me max daily top up limit is 50k (per day not per shot).I don't have issues filling up those declaration forms if he ever ask for it. The same limit applies for withdrawal, even for withdrawal to CASA. Seem to have inconsistencies on the limit over different banks. Which bank that mentioned to you no limit for withdrawal to CASA? (ramjade has identified Maybank has not limit) |

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Jul 23 2016, 06:48 PM) okay since u insist have 50k limit from CASA. Good stuff, thanks for the clarification on the top up. Looks like is Rhb bank self impose guideline on the daily top up limit of 50k. They treat the top up from CASA as cash withdrawal from CASA.here the link to clear everything. print this & show to that blooddy bank staff http://www.asnb.com.my/v3_/pdf/media/notis...A-notice_EN.pdf see the 2nd part. transaction limit of 50k does not apply to the following transactions: 1. Investment via cheque/bankers cheque 2. Investment via bank transfer 3. Investment via switching among unitholder’s other unit trust accounts. 4. Investment via transfer from other unitholder’s unit trust accounts 5. Investment via transfer from other unitholder’s unit trust accounts who has deceased. 6. Investment via transfer from other unitholder’s account who is in “coma” or of similar disability. Is there similar notice on withdrawal limit? |
