I just read the FAQs of RHB online for ASM top up.  You have to pay RM1 for every transaction to top up regardless of whether successful to top-up or not.  So every time try, have to pay RM1.    I have yet to try cos baru applied today.  Will give it a try once approved.
*
update us once approved. but I guess can top up smile.gif

Should charge only when successful. Wonder why they need RM1.00 to "try" the system. Maybe few cents still ok like IBG.
*
Not many using the service.. if there's volume.. Sure cost will drop.. For now majority still do OTC..

How about Affin bank? I've never taken any Q number as it's a quieter branch & staff is always welcoming since I'm 'regular'.
*
never been to affin at 3.30 above..

2pm have once.. still take Q number, but don't needed to sit.. take number, straight to counter biggrin.gif

Previously, your recommendation to try Affin Bank was the best advice I've followed.

My neighbor's auntie always visit bank at 3.30 pm on her way way home if she needs to top up.

From the pamphlet they gave me to see (I didn't take pic/bring back), that's what it is call. Cannot be open for bumi cause they gave me a look (if only bumi, why give me a look). Got one Chinese woman sign up for "Aspire customer" (no idea why she did it) was asking the maybank staff is there capital guaranteed investment. They showed her this new product and told her is runned by ASNB which run ASM, ASW2020, AS1M - very safe one  sweat.gif  innocent.gif telling her see dividend so high (she seems so ignorant - swallowed every word the bank worker told her. I was laughing and was thinking about talking to her to join Lowyat forum to know about UT)

CIMB, RHB offline for ASG lei. Cannot be coincidence. The CIMB woman said she tried many time but the system don't want to let her in.
That's why I am surprised they told me the limit only RM25k. Can you email ASNB and ask for us?  biggrin.gif  icon_rolleyes.gif

there's goes our dream to have fixed price fund bye.gif

really pity to the customer.. buta buta kena tipu by the staff.. not all people are well inform. when they hear ASNB, sure close eye will buy the fund. that's how powerful the ASNB brand is.. & people trust high flex.gif

Just curious I think I read before Alliance Bank deal with VP ASX but not FP ASX, but since ASG/ASM/AS1M/ASW on the same system, how come Aliiance can't deal the FP parts? Is it policy restriction?
*
maybe it's Alliance policy not to do FP ASx because it will needed "hard work" @ try & error compare with VP ASx which is guarantee units available anytime cool2.gif

if I'm qualify, sure I will pick ASB & ASB2 over AHB.

as for the AMB fund, the banker really unethical. the factsheet is not the latest one. and trying to con noobie customer with 13% p.a crap doh.gif
