By using online no matter pass or fail hv to paid rm1.06 for the charges. Experience b4 using Maybank online transaction capture successful but go update passbook no amt. Go report here and there end up get the refund in 3 weeks time 😅😅😅

I just read the FAQs of RHB online for ASM top up.  You have to pay RM1 for every transaction to top up regardless of whether successful to top-up or not.  So every time try, have to pay RM1.    I have yet to try cos baru applied today.  Will give it a try once approved.

Go complaint at Maybank counter they call me back in 2 days said transaction was rejected ask me email to pnb care. Before I start email lucky I check my ac again only they refund back into my ac without informing. From the day they capture the fund until refund its take me abt 3 weeks time

CIMB, RHB offline for ASG lei. Cannot be coincidence. The CIMB woman said she tried many time but the system don't want to let her in.

Just curious I think I read before Alliance Bank deal with VP ASX but not FP ASX, but since ASG/ASM/AS1M/ASW on the same system, how come Aliiance can't deal the FP parts? Is it policy restriction?
