For all the big brand, usually is not the brand having the most problem, is some of the model that cause the problem. Panasonic have its problematic model, Sony, sharp Philip, LG and Samsung too.

QUOTE(jovigrunge @ Jun 1 2016, 01:11 AM) According to the survey on top, Samsung models having the most problem. From my personal observation, their last Plasma model are more reliable than the Panasonic final plasma model.

QUOTE(jovigrunge @ Jun 2 2016, 06:02 PM) Hmm. I want to know what's SAMSUNG TV problem or at least it's major/frequent problem. Why the survey on top shows top problematic tv brand award goes to Samsung. So few votes and you already decide? your sampling data are not big to make solid confirmation. When survey is by thousands.

QUOTE(capoi @ Jun 15 2016, 05:05 AM) Its difficult to say people didn't buy toshiba because they not in this forum. In my observation, most of toshiba user are not the lowyat member. Second scenario, they really didn't have a problem and no need to vote. Agree, and with just total of 60 voters that sampling will not be good. Even inside the 60 votes they have different model. Could have been 10k samsung TV only 19 units problem, while 1k units of Toshiba sold and 2 units problems (according to the vote result here as of 15th Jun 2016) There is also no Reliable brand for voting, My Mom using Samsung LCD since 2005, only recently (2016) is damage. How should I rate? Is reliable to me, but output quality are so so only.
