I receive a call from Maxis customer service offering me Maxis Home Fiber for RM148 and if i have maxis one plan i will get another RM20 discount. I ask the customer service 2 times that what if my one plan is business one plan. They say yes, One Plan Business do get RM20 discount also, and confirm no throttling on P2P d/l or streaming. So i yes for the offer and give him all my info for subscription.

Today receive another call from Maxis center to confirm my subscription and date of installation, to my surprise my package did not get the RM20 discount as promise by the 1st customer service. He told me that One Plan business does not have RM20 discount because the phone number did not register under IC number but under a company.

Either way, i'm still ok with the package, it just that the offer given to me by the 1st customer service is not valid (like i was cheated) to subscribe to Maxis Home Fiber and i still get stuck with 2 years contract and i can't do a thing if my package is not up to my expectation example P2P d/l or streaming is block or throttle down.
