ya, i don't like the default mimic v2 skin.

i use an older mimic, set the skin to be more eye friendly.

this superbox build is excellent, best i ever had, but takes a lot of storage.

at first, i removed a lot of the addons, kept only what i wanted to save space.

then, after every update, they and more returned, so i gave up on that.

Yeah. It is so far the best build that i try. But it quite laggy in my minix box.. probably because quite a lot of junk stuff in there.. thats why i prefer to use simple interface with minimal addon.. it take time to this.. but worth it i think .. luckly u can back up addon and transfer it.save a lot of time for me on my other pc and pi setup

I am watching 2nd Half, Russia v Slovakia on Adrian BBC link (1080), and so far very smooth, no buffering yet on my slow 3 Mbs line (NOT 30Mbs, mind you)

Update :-

After 15min started buffering, now switched to TSN4 720. Hope it lasts.

No problem as I only use the latest version from the build on my tablet.. Not particularly inclined to clog the clean and optimal Kodi installation currently on the living room's media box. Plan on extracting the addon from the tablet to attempt manual installation. Will share if it works.

Edit: On second thoughts, would sharing such, not be a violation of author's wishes? How does one ponder the legality of an addon that delivers illegally obtained content?

TSN also started buffering. I knew it was too good to be true on my slow line.

The Author only removed the addon from public because he wanted to keep it private. Doesn't mean we can't use whatever he released earlier on

Anyway already installed a fresh Kodi on my Win8 (Dual Boot with Win7), and then installed the Superbox build. Now I got two Kodi installation available, one with my own addons (Win 7) and the new one with Superbox build + Adrian Supertv 1.07.

yr speed may not permit u to do hd so well.

so far, for euro2016, i find tsn1 to be most reliable, i'll give it 98% overall.

cth is not working at this time.

bbc has never been reliable in my experience.

I was only trying HD out of curiosity . I will always fall back on my own SD source when the need arises.

Hi all, excited to join in discussion here as today i found out my toshiba android tv can install kodi jarvis 16.
Bought it last year with about 2k. Didnt know it can be use for kodi which save me from buying a box.
Anyway, the tv with 2gb storage only n i m using Time 100mbps. But so far no prob where i just finish watching england vs wales with no buffering issue(commentary in dutch). But think there is a 2 minutes delay cuz i heard the celebration from mamak below my house minutes before the last goal.
Overall very happy with it.

if u continue to use kodi or other apps, u will, one day decide to buy a separate box with a bigger memory/storage to get more.

and that's when u already know how to use androids, easy for you then.

Welcome aboard.. . Yeah with such Internet speeds, can rule out the issue of insufficient speeds cuz it's plenty for most streams.. Depending on your needs, storage may become a serious issue cuz Kodi needs some space to grow and that 2GB typically won't be enough. Since you are all good now, just keep getting familiarized with the system and should your needs grow, AVFAN's suggestion of getting a dedicated box is a good one, one practiced by many of us.

yesterday for england vs wales match, using unifi 10mbps, quite frequent buffering, and i'm only watching sd channel. hd channels totally not watchable.

Yeah~~ thx for welcome. Due to the limited storage, im very selective with adding addons. My current selection is as below:
1. Exoxxx = eng movie & drama
2. AzDxxxx = chinese drama
3. Zemxx = sport

Im still lack of a live tv addon (priority chinese channel or english). Any suggestion will be very much appreciated.

Besides, i found that kodi can detect the external hdd i mount to my tv and exoxxx can use it for download. Not sure about other addons cuz some does not come with setting button.

u r experiencing the same like me for wc2014, very frustrating.

move to 30mbps, can do hd smoothly.

for eng, try bbts - google for the plugin.

for chinese, kodi is not a good platform. better use a separate app. google hdp, tv2plus.

2gb is very small, can't do much.

current 4k smart tv's and boxes can have 8, 16 gb.

can dump all kinds of apps there!
