Mostly with random ang mohs I came to know, since the game launch...no lyn member invite me leh...for last nite.  
I believe it's how well you able to hold your ground and do not baby about your ult. Good team play not just communication but able to back each other up by instinct like landing an overheal next to apc during bomb run when you are out of survivor link. More importantly you must able to take down a shotgunner one on one without reloading your clip during those intense moment.
Do not 100% believe what the youtube vids portrays. The streamerhouse peeps runs a tight team with decked out gear or the video you watched is the edited successful gameplay. What you didn't see is the countless failures and retries. It doesn't matter what strategy you use as long as it works.
Whatever you decide to do just don't jump down straight away from the window unless your team are those elite killing machines who knows what they're doing. This is by far the biggest noobie mistake.
I believe your menu dps score is broken as in you must fullfill those requirements as projected from your skills and weapon talents in order to physically hit those projected DMG. BreezyPeezy's dps only 170k but his M1A shot racks up 1 million damage from his high DMG to elite perks with a good pulse or strong smart cover.
In FL challenging mode your stamina won't matter that much as long as you able to withstand a shot or two from rifleman or big guy. Shotgunners and snipers still kill you in a single shot.

Still need to hit that magical 190k dps and 65% armor. If you can run Warrengate/Russian Consulate challenging like a speed demon (eg. those famous youtubers), you should be OK with FL challenging...I believe.

Time for you to use all those full sentry/striker/tactician blueprint that you mentioned you have all already, and start using those 1,000 orange fabric that you been keeping under the bed all these while

I'm still using GS163 AUG para..but my dps reach 214k already and i got 64% armor mitigation..try craft the gear mod..it will get better stat then the one u get..so far everytime i craft mod (magazine for example), i can say that all the crafted magazine was like 1.5x better than the one i get from enemy drops or chest..

Body armor with reckless do help a lot with DPS..it boost mine like 35-40k DPS..that one also crafted..since ur stat also include electronic why dont you try use pulse or any other skill that can increase dmg or dmg resistance..pulse is what people usually use..but you could also try mobile cover when PvE..do help a lot (dmg + dmg resistance).

Keep hitting challenging mode missions as they can give you GS182 items and L31 performance mods. Rerolled one vest to 1.4k armor with reckless. Warrengate CM can drop GS204 weapon. If you have 200k++ dz funds or so, go buy up the GS204 vest or gloves so you can see significant differences in your stats. Patch 1.2 already coming, so don't worry too much about those GS 204 weapon blueprints cause when the next incursion comes, we will be chasing GS 214 or 240 items. If we are lucky, the current DZ blueprints might cycle out to BoO so we can buy it with PxC like patch 1.1. So everyone eligible for the GS 220 requisite for the new incursion when you can reach GS200 to loot for better stuffs in the new DZ bracket.

yesterday wanted to farm via roguing in DZ06 kedai electronic, but bro came on so we FL instead. wanna do more farming though. to get that M1A to make my cannon complete... where to get a good sub-machine/assault? ive been using my aug for a while. its damn good. but sometimes wanna change you know hahah. i got a decent assault rifle, cadaceus or something. but dont really like it. apparently its one of the best weapons though. hmm... its so ugly too.. hahah. need to add some stability mods to it. and will test again tonight.

i think its ok with the smart cover method.
