 how to retain strength during travel

hi bros/trainers need some advice here. i just back from my business trip and return to my routine..but it sucks big time. my OHP from 30KG drop to mere 10KG..... due to nature of my work, i need to travel quite frequent and not all hotel is equipped with gym. any idea how you guys still can maintain it while you travelling? or is there any weightless training can can sustain my muscle mass?

How long do you travel and didn't went to gym? usually for me i try my best to find a gym nearby and keep minimum 3 training days if I am outstation for a week.

sometimes 2 weeks and sometimes a month. usually i am in another country and worst i don't even know where is the nearby gym... or if i found one but they don't have daily pass....

That is quite a long time. Usually the best way is to keep calories intake surplus and higher protein intake.
You can maintain a little by weighted push up and pull up.

However keep in mind that usually strenght will reduce 5-10% in a period of 3 weeks layoff

You can buy them over the internet, since its light and small the postage wont cost much, try to buy from trusted sellers.

from 30kg to 10kg is a drastic drop.
nevertheless 30kg isnt heavy, so bodyweight is more than a good substitute, if possible i guess start with assisted handstands.
same with everything else, just do bodyweight stuff.
u could probably also just buy a chin-up bar and stick it in ur check-in luggage everywhere u go.

Learn Calisthenics maybe?
I bought resistance bands as well but I never bring them during my work travels lol.
