bukit jalil now is the super hot area... overshadow development of sri petalling... no doubt this at a very strategic location and very matured... hence the jams and crowds.... well dont like crowds... its better to go and buy slightly outskirt location...

but looking at the pavillion 2 developments... i believe here will be better eventually... at least dont have so many high dense condos around sri petalling... the crowd might move to there eventually.... and here will be better staying quality...

yeah.... true.... generally this is a very matured area already... albeit the commercials near the store there still alot empty.... but generally.... its very self sustainable... from groceries to daily eateries... staying here you can always ask ur fren come find you yum cha... instead of u go to their area.... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

yeah true.... but whether the store will continue to lease this lot... since the area is booming like no tomorrow... this could be their best performing branch.... haha.....

old commercials all doing very well... the new one along tealive papa john those also doing well... but would you interested to buy for own stay at this location?

the night market already under order to relocate already... not sure whether its already relocated or just in the process... for sure the night market shrink like hell already because of this development...

there nothing much u can do on the packness there... since its good indication of the ong-ness of the area.... lol... already have a new parking bay built just for this area and also the parking lot of the store can be use as well...
