As long you get band 3 and qualify for university entrance. Done.

Doesn't mean your English is at rock bottom.

Band 7.5 IELTS is about Band 5 in Muet difficulty wise.
But it is more recognized than a band 6 in Muet

Failure to obtain a Band 5 doesnt make you any less as a person. What's more important is dat they've tried their absolute best. Wat use is a Band 5 cert if it doesnt help you excel in your future career? Many of us Malaysians who didnt get Band 5 could still work productively in their respective careers like Eng/law/medic, etc. Being able to communicate effectively in English in whatever you do is much more important than a piece of cert.
