Latest update:
Their centre recently had 4 children with hfmd. And my child is one of them. I am so disappointed with this daycare centre. They claim they sanitize the place everyday. Now i can assure that the place is not clean and that proves why my child is always sick. Anyway, where did you send your child for daycare now? Any suggestions? You may pm me.
( parents are not allowed to enter for hygienic purposes. Now they are cases like this. What nonsense. So the nurses are not trained about cleanliness? All bullshit. Opening up a daycare centre just to earn money and do not care about children’s wellbeing. Lousy place)
This is a review of this place. Cherie Hearts ioi boulevard. To those who think they want to give this place a try, u may.
Oh dear, your baby got infected with HFMD this round? I can imagine how frustrated you are as my kid got it as well when in Infant Group. Within <2 years that my kid was there, there were 5 freaking times of HFMD outbreak. Out of which, 2 times the centre was closed for a week. Can you imagine that? It's so frustrating for us parents as we have to take emergency leaves to stay at home to take care of our children. Another kid even got infected twice in a roll! They kept saying that cleanliness and hygiene is of top importance to them but HFMD keeps infecting the children in the centre. My friends who send their kids to much cheaper Montessori (>2 times lower monthly fee) for 2 years by now and have never heard of any HFMD case reported. So why are we being charged at premium fee but still suffer from this?
Do you know why parents are not allowed to enter the centre? This is my guess.
They used to allow parents to get in to the reception area (just a very small space which initially meant to be parents' waiting area). There were parents who sometimes went in to use the toilet and that's where the parents "noticed things", for example: a parent saw with her own eyes that the nurses/teachers changed tape diaper for the young toddler on the bare floor (with no mat or pad). The parents made a big hoohaa out of this which i feel is absolutely reasonable! It's so unhygienic to get the kid's back and butt on the floor where so many people has stepped on, it will be extremely dirty even if you clean the floor everyday right?
My kid is still in CH because the school that i initially planned to enroll my kid to has rejected our application due to limitation of age. Will have to stay put for now and wait till my kid's next birthday to try again.
