Workaround like that is very sad.

I remember using Gravity Screen years ago, it would keep waking my phone screen in my pants pocket even when I calibrated the shit out of it, causing battery to drain very fast.

should i re-phrase again? why not compare to apple, last time just visit jailbreakme.com and hit jailbreak (over the air) and it'll be done in seconds? or compare to windows phone, which doesnt require any root or what-so-over ahahahahah

The unlocking procedure is very annoying, I give you that. But back when Xiaomi didn't unlock bootloaders, vendor modifications went down to kernel level, meaning we had more dangerous spywares and adwares (they had root access), and it was more difficult to remove for the average person. I mean, if now also people dont know how to remove vendor rom, how can we expect them to do the same for kernels, etc.

It's not exactly a popular step lah, I was complaining like hell when my unlocking experience didn't go as smooth as I expected it to be. But then I guess we have to understand that it was necessary for user safety.

Get approval sms finally on 2 day ago... Now can't unlock due to couldn't verify device, then say current acc different from device in acc.. Early say can't detect device..

Thanks for the feedback, mind to share what type of custom rom that's installed inside it? How bad is the phone performance if it's not changed to global ROM. I'll buy this phone for my niece, which I don't think he knows how to flash the rom.

cloned apps - let you run 2 instances of the same app..like running 2whatsapp with different numbers.

fingerprint works..and so on.I read fp doesnt work in 6.0 that's why they let it on 5.1
