Boss, how to see it is strata title from this receipt/billing? I receive similar bill but my unit individual title woh..

I believe like Jason taikor said, in terms of facade changes, it is more relying on DMC rather the strata title act. Hence, it shall vary depending on respective management company..

I heard case by case basis.. They need proper coordination, with some rules and regulations applied, especially on traffic, volume of the event, disturbance to neighbours etc..

Many family now will do the funeral in columbarium if the deceased past away outside of house currently. Furthermore, I dun think management company will strictly not allow resident doing the funeral at home mah, just need to contact them for appropriate arrangement to minimize disturbance to neighbours, no good?

By the way, don't think the frequency to have funeral at house is large number ler, no?
