No..u cant simply park in ecopark.
There are designated parking lots for guests...or you park at yr guests driveway.

And as owner, u also cannot permanently park at visitors carpark lots.

Of course it depends on how strict the guards is at each phase

If u have a big party for the night or day, the guards might overlook it.....

People really need to follow order and rules..

Not all streets to be treated like either yr grandfather owns them or you own them.

I even see in non gng estate...people actually fighting and quarrying over curbside parking....each owner claimed that those spaces 'belong' to them.

By night time..the two way street become one way nia bcos cars just literally sit on road side....

Actually strictly speaking...the curbside is not for parking de its illegal to park there...

Same tamans the developers purposely raise the height of curb side...to prevent parking....

This will only compounded the problem as owners and visitors just park on road side...literally narrowing the two ways traffic to single lane...

Just assume that strata landed and strata high rise are the same in regards to parking visitor come visiting and reno.

If u are not comfortable w this...better buy fng or nornal taman.

A lot of people buy strata gng and later got so much confusion. They want to do this extend this change that and etc...

I read very much earlier that SA is a 50,000 population township. Mbsa and relevent parties should have the info lioa. More so setia now is a glc.....and they have land reserved for lrt in setia city....if this doesnt help to bring lrt in but instead they prefer to buy land elsewhere to build station....u can see what sort of corruption , ahem donation is going on.

I wouldnt waste my gas on lrt.

Even their Ecosky condo project looks like delayed possible....

If u are referred to their experience in setia...then think again....ecopark they cant get the water cystal clear then they said they learnt the mistake and will be crytsal clear in seg....then how? Seg also like teh tarik now...

Its good that you have high hope for ecoworld....just remember that the higher the hope, the higher the disappointment.
