The paint layer seems didnt adhere as strong as it should. Might b due to wrong surface preparation methods / insufficient drying

how about leaving it under the sun ? i mean let it sun for a few days or a week . lol
Now im still thinking a way to prevent the paint peel off due to tight screw contacts , i had this in mind since the first time i play with paints .

How about lapping it with what you call those things? Grommets? Those plastic rings.

from wut i noe.. ur paint "overflow" cuz u spray it till to thick ad..
u mz spray layer by layer n coat by coat..
jz go for 1 time form left to right ONCE.. dun over spray..
u will realize tat sum part will not kena paint..
dun worry.. the thinner u spray.. the better lookin u will get of ur paint job even after many lapping done..
