 Saga FLX Bolt on turbo (Low bar)

Currently trying to install bolt on turbo TD04 for my Saga flx, any shop are recommended ? Low bar 0.3 since im auto with CVT. Please refrain from recommending the change of car or anything like that. Thanks smile.gif I have Turbo TD04, Intercooler and AEM ecu ready, all i need is the shop.

try to find the shop who can install and tune ur AEM one shot...

if not mistaken GT Auto can do right?

But i think the sunway area should be quite costly because it is the car modification area? mostly shop around there charge quite high.

Saga cvt2 cant handle high torque.will hurt cvt in long run.

The VT2 is has a torque tolerance of up to 180Nm.

Stock 1.3 FLX only has 120Nm, 1.6 is 150Nm.

even on low boost..should get what? 160nm or 170nm? kinda risky. maybe can change to a bigger cvt cooler.

if i were you... and wanted just alittle more power, i would just stroke the engine... very easy job, retains reliability, dont cost that much....

i guess he wants to bot cause he has some parts ready...

supercharger modification compare turbocharger for sure lesser parts, but as for cost here still similar because here supercharger not famous as turbocharger..
not many workshop can do it

Issue here is whether your sensor can detect positive pressure and ECU self adapt to the new changes. if yes, can do it.
