Last time developer said sold out very fast and many buyer long long queue, now wondering whether next year the lelong will long long queue also.

Actually currently im staying in kepong where is near to this mizumi, the environment is good in overall in terms of conveniency and the price tag for mizumi is relatively low compared to other new property in kepong (for current) which i can afford..

what i concern is the quality of workmanship (worry will become another Henge), the main road in front of the Mizumi (notice alot double parks in front of the commercial shoplots), its foundation (as i know it was ex-mining lake previously), the development of Mizumi Rumawip which is right in front of it (*facing facility deck units have to suffer the construction noise dust after vp)..

any opinions?

Yes, one of my friend got lower floor today because got one unit loan rejected. Lucky.
