390k with 5% rebate with 2 parking n basic facilities ( a swimming pool n gym room) is more than enough.Than for sure is another BBB. Project.

Guys, this is 900-1,025 sq ft range. Let us dont compare Henge lah. Most people buying here have to be own stay-cum-long-term-investment looking at the density.

Why shouldn't we compare? The future price ll be directly affect each other given its similar segment, price range, products, density etc. Time has changed. Now buy first doesnt mean has first mover advantage. Those couldnt get the Henge, now is the best opportunity...for ownstay or investment. Interesting.
