hows the data charges for this 365 days validity plan? is it PAYU?

if i top up rm30, it means that i can make calls using this rm30 for the whole year?

Hi there,

Yes, data will be charged pay-per-use or you may also purchase data passes via *100# or Red app. Your tupup will also usable during the active period.

As we are receiving high demand in converting from the current prepaid plan to Hotlink 3.0 to enable the validity 90/365 service to be subscribe, we do hope that you all are aware whereby the mobile internet benefits that featured in Hotlink FAST plan will not be given once the conversion is done. If you are certain with your decision, you may PM us cool2.gif

At the same time, we may missed out some of your request whistling.gif however you may PM us with the following details,

2. NRIC/passport whichever is applicable

Hi, I requested the switch of plan last week, and now it has been done.
How could I buy the validity? I could not buy it from *123# as I am not in Malaysia now, can you please advise how can I buy the validity?

And after successfully switch to the old plan, is there any one will inform me? by sms or someone will call?

Hi yvonnesze,

If you are yet to subscribe the validity service, you may follow these steps:

1) Red App > Tap on Call & SMS > Select your preferred validity > Confirm purchase
2) *100# > My Account & Others > Buy Validity > Select your preferred validity > One-off subscription or Auto-renewal > Confirm purchase

Hi,

You may refer to our mobile internet passes.

As for validity service, it has 2 options - 90 and 365 (one time purchase or auto renewal)

seem like most of you can get it done from changing plan to Plan Bagus.

I would like to make the enquiry if I were going to buy a Hotlink Fast prepaid by today, can I make a request here to change my hotlink fast to hotlink Bagus in order to Enjoy 365 validity ?
