Hi! May I know how many days you take to solved this problems? Which plan they change for you?
Because I had pm them already a week, but still nothing change and no one call me, only gave me a case reference number.

For me it about 2 week. As stated is Hotlink Bagus plan.
Yes same as me only give reference until today they send me pm oledi change

One more question to ask you, what was your plan before Hotlink Fast? Same as Hotlink Bagus too?
I wonder will they change us to previous plan, because my situation was hotlink plan top up at least RM5 can last 3 months (I bought this plan in 2008/2009). But i forgot to top up and luckily have my number back after terminated and stated as #Hotlink without 365 validity, then the CS recommended me switch to Hotlink Fast to subscribe 365 validity, but suddenly i can't find it at the end of April.

We believed that most of the users here would like to migrate to a plan that enable validity 90/365 service. And we are sorry for the late respond to anyone of you here. Really sorry about it.

Nevertheless, it would be highly appreciated if you can PM us with the following details :

1. Full name
2. NRIC or Passport number (whichever is applicable)
3. Mobile number for the request
4. Alternate mobile number (preferably to have it)
5. Last topup amount
