Hotlink Bagus plan doesn't come with any free basic internet or free weekend data. Any usage of data without pre-purchase of data pass will be subject to pay-per-use charges. RIGHT NOW I AM NOT IN MALAYSIA. I AM NOT ABLE TO UP MY ACCOUNT DAILY OR WEEKLY BASIS. I WILL BE IN KL AT MARCH 2018. THAT IS WHY I AM LOOKING FOR 365 VALIDITY PLAN. PLEASE HELP ME, I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL TO YOU. I DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY HOTLINK NUMBER.

they cant help you. The best you call someone or pay someone to reload for you. Every 3 months reload any amount like RM1 above.

Hi all
Do you have any problem where you are on bagus plan however you being charge 10 cents usage of data for so many times in a day even you have turn all of data usage settings. It is sucking at lease rm1 per day slowly. It happens suddenly to both of my parent which is too bad.
Anybody using this plan or old talk plan, try check your e-statement on hotlink red app.

Please help on this. Had off any data settings that I can find, but my parent still being charge 10cents on gprs usage

This was reported here, any chance your parents using iPhone? I suggest you speak to Hotlink CS. I had this problem with my 6S but my wife Andriod phone no problem tho.

Hi thanks for the reply. iPhone and Samsung. For iPhone had off any WiFi assist etc, even statistic show no kB using mobile data and Samsung had turn off any google background service. Connected to WiFi at home fully however still appear charges usage of data.

1) Do check your phone settings, make sure that your mobile internet & data roaming has been turn off.
2) Go to Settings > Mobile Networks > Preferred Network Type > Select GSM/WCDMA only (Do not choose LTE/4G)
