will my PSU power be better if i unplug my exhaust fan?

just buy a new psu la...ur psu just too litle power...

i would suggest that u run ur pc with stock speed until u can buy yourself a good psu.. 200w for ur spec is just a little too low..

and then about the prime95, it has no limit as to how long you are going to run it... but the rule of thumb here is the longer you run prime95 without your pc restarting, the more you are confident that your pc is stable.. and please see the lyn oc thread to see the different settings in prime95 to stress test your cpu or memory or both...

oh, but when i adjust the memory use by the prime95 to run test to 1024 my comp just lag@@

now i no need run stock speed, after i OC my comp still can power on and off

well looky here, goldfries did a 2.5ghz on Sempron64 2800+ with 1.5vcore on stock hsf and icute 450w PSU!!!

amduser, try setting vcore on BIOS. if you can't then better not already.

i saw your attachments, your speed at <1.4vcore and you're complaining instable. apa la lu, try upping vcore to 1.5 - 1.6 range first - if you can't up, then just settle for a lower clock speed.

And always check your temp , the rule of thumb is , the voltage won't kill the CPU, heat will.

but how i adjust the vcore in BIOS? after i press ctrl+F1 i still cant adjust woh

u need to use a good PSU..if using that PSU to OC might damage ur hardware...
get a good PSU first....

then u can oc it....
pump some vcore to ur proc...need to set the setting manually..
increase the voltage for the RAM might help....
make sure u got a good HSF for ur proc or it will short the life of the proc bcoz of the heat and the or the voltage if it is to high.....

Bro... normally press "DELETE" to get in BIOS setting one, bro i suggest u try using stock speed to play ur game again, try n c it got restart again or not. Also suggest u oc ur graphic card rather than oc ur processor to get better speed on game.

Maybe your motherboard dont support it.

i use all stock cooling, but i open my side cover, and use a big fan to blow at it, is it enough? i also use AMBI PUR in my room

i OC both already, but the processor only can go from 2.2GHz to 2.3GHz, sad result, but the GC GPU and memory clock increase almost about 200MHz

another question: wat is the software/programme can test my GPU?? means torture my GPU, i cant test my GPU after i OC it, and i hv to ply game to test it.

What happens when you CPU is run stock and not overclocked? Will it cause the system failure as well? Also, try to change the PSU as I see it's definitely too low for any decent modern system.

i would suggest u run back at default speed first, you PSU is at its limit, overvolts may kill your system components if u get unlucky.

just either set back to default speed..or go n buy a better PSU before overclocking...mine...260W..tried to overclock my quadro fx500....up little bit oni then pc hang..

i believe it is RAM timing problem..try loosen ur timing..

now i hv change my mobo, but now my mobo vdimm is running on 2.2V, but my RAM is only needed 1.8V i think, my RA is PC4300 ddr 400, will it damage my RAM?
