Calculate your risk especially in this market. Cheap can be cheaper. Greedy will make you poorer.

I was thinking to buy last year. But i pull back. I rather wait until the mall is opening. Everyday i pass by i see no progress. Crane not moving still the same position. They need white knight.......

Join this forum to see the progress. Can feel owner is stressful.
But they can still make profit with the current asking price. So they are still manageable.

Now lookng at other area , price slightly go down but less risk. Hope you all have a pleasant day.

Yes, what we see now is quite risk due to unforeseen situation for their construction progress even me as a Marriot hotel residence owner also start paying bank installment now but the key yet collected and building finishing yet complete or CCC. Stressful? I would rather choose to be stay positive instead of stress since committed.

Most the area in KV which already getting mass supply especially in high rise residential passed 5 years had seen slightly price drop since earlier 2015 till now but how much it can drop? I don't see the it can drop below 500psf in this area unless it is very old apprtment/condo or large built-up above 2500sf by some bad reputation developer. Or maybe can get some dead chicken drop from those over committed in their property investment portfolio.

Surface wise, yes they looks got problem. Internal wise, I don't know. But if you really want to do business there, then you may pay a visit to them to ensure your investment is secure and safe.

take a look at this kinda craps people already can judge the surface or internal got problems or not, dont talk about business or investment secure 1st... before you walk into this building u should always think of your personal safety 1st...

Not really remember the details. Size should be around 400sf and 3xxk, have to check the spa. Floor 37th. I remember not only one bedder some is bigger built-up with two bedder. Not sure about that.

I know one flipper with 10 units and is sweating big time now. He is looking for Water Fishes and willing to let go at RM800 psf. So far he has not been able to find one water fish.

I also know how many units this Wooly Mammoth has not sold yet. I also know Wooly Mammoth's construction unit has not been paying its suppliers for very very long time for one of its project in US J.

I am happy you have such big risk appetite. Happy swimming.

Still remember this as I was going back home. There was one time the palm trees fallen to the road. Not sure if they are supposed to secure it first since just planted. Looks like no planning.

I happen to observe the back portion when I pass through these few days. Looks much cleaner now.

How you know he has not able to find one buyer for 800psf? Which project he bought? Empire DP soho or EC halo Sunday?
