You can try the Roland FP-30 (MYR 3299 - Mudah)

Affordable and the action is quite good. Wish it came out when I bought my casio.

First of all, What is your purpose of getting a digital piano?
If You are thinking to continue self taught piano (as you mentioned hammer graded action), then you must get a piano. Digital piano is not helping You in developing your skill.
If it is due to budget - There are some second hand piano on sale by private owner, do check it out on muxxx.com (yes, Please replace xxx with alphabet). Their prices are quite attractive. No doubt some owner is asking higher price than what is worth, however do ask for a lower price. I think they are happy to let it go instead of sending to piano store which only giving them half of the price they are asking.
Good luck!
