Holy Crap man, i love this game so much im willing to start and maintain a thread based on it, now this game is obviously a First Person shooter, but with a couple of twists, for one ammo has to be used intelligently meaning that if you do mange to run out you have to find for some more but dont worry though its not like Condemned where once you run out of bullets you have to use melee attacks, anyway another thing thats cool and unique is something call a plasmid which its essentially a variety of drugs meant to enhance several attributes like strength and speed but there are some plasmids which can used as an offensive weapon as well, the AGGRESSOR PLASMID will make nearby enemies go loco giving you a chance to run away in its insanity another plasmid allows you to release wasps at an enemy!!
The weapons will be of old school variety so dont expect too see any Hammer of Dawns here. Instead you will get revolvers and others like shotguns etc. Thing is you can easily modify them with extra ammo canisters, grips and what not, the weapons can be modified very heavily from its original form.
Now to the story which i know that most of you know so i wont get so deep into it..a man founded this great city under the ocean call Rapture where all the worlds elite can come to and prosper, it did but eventually a civil war broke out between Andrew Ryan(the founder of Rapture)and Fontaine(a greedy businessman) because over a slug that secretes pure stem cells(which was dubbed Adam) which is meant to help the people of the Rapture but instead disfigured them into mindless warriors. Ryan eventually won but the damage was done, now Rapture is damaged and suffers from various problems like low level flooding. The player(you) crashes into the ocean due to a plane crash and this is where your story begins....
Your enemies.
Not much is known at this point but this is the info..
AGGRESSORS: The former civilians of Rapture who got disfigured so badly both physically and mentally, they roam Rapture as insane warriors armed with bladed weapons waiting for their next victim.
Aggressors are also capable of sticking to ceilings and walls.
BIG DADDIES: These bad boys are huge and are armed with a variety of weaponry like drills and pneumatic objects. Their armor somewhat resembles large diving suits. Another thing is that these foes protect the Gatherers and wont harm you unless you are a direct threat to the Gatherers or the Big Daddies themselves.
Big Daddies
GATHERERS: Also know as Little Sisters. When there was a shortage of Adam these little girls would literally suck Adam from the dead and through the use of their own bodies will turn Adam into a reusable form call Eve.

SECURITY BOTS: Nothing special,just flying little bots with guns.

Aiyoh another first person shooter...
Ohhh well guess Bioshock not for everyone!! 
. Since asian release has been pushed back to 22nd Sept, might aswell skip this game and get Halo 3 instead
