Hi Bassix, since you're in Germany you should try to check out Native Intrument's Kore system. It may be a little overkill for what you're trying to do but still worth having a look.

IMHO, your best bet would be Ableton Live with a controller of your choice. Again being in Germany, I'm sure you can find music stores to try out different controllers and find the one you're most comfortable with. Ableton's looping and control flexibility is second to none especially for live performances. Having said that, try not to give up searching for a live drummer, a real drummer can add a lot to your performances even if it's just simple beats.
