I have been consistently working out for 5 days a week since the past month, using the same 5kg dumbbell (each side), my biceps still feel very weak after so long, and also my right hand is definitely stronger than my left hand, coz my right hand feels nothing after a workout, but my left hand feels super fatigue.
Any sifus here can suggest what should I do to make my arms feel stronger, and make my biceps bigger?

Add the amount of weight of your dumbbells at least 3 to 5 kg every after a week.

So in one month he can curl 15-25kg..
After 2-months he can curl 30-50kg..
In 3-months he'll become Mr. Olympia.. thumbup.gif

I am quite weak in lifting too. Especially barbell exercises. Anyone know the weight of a barbell (without any plate)?

Standard barbell is 20kg. But I know some bars are lighter than others. So weight it out.

plenty of reasons for this. if you feel fatigue, you should have rest days between your workout days. eat well, drink well, sleep well. if you feel weak, you need more calories. muscles need to recover by rest and need protein to grow. and you can't make your biceps bigger without being stronger. muscles can only get bigger and stronger if you challenge them (need to increase weight).

Then the barbell you have at home is NOT olympic barbell.

Generally, standard olympic barbell for men is 20k, even women barbell is not below 5kg. I doubt a 5kg barbell is strong enough for squat.

I am not barbell expert nor barbell make thus I say generally, we expect barbell be 20kg
