could be due to VoLTE. M1 supports VoLTE. try turn off data and for voice select 2g gsm. might work.
to reverse the charges, reach out to cfm. to avoid such charges again, remove the malaysian sim when crossing the causeway or use a 2g old school phone. This post has been edited by kit2: Apr 25 2016, 10:55 PM |

most malaysian banks can send tacs to foreign number. one notable exception is the tiger bank. avoid it
