The correct sequence is:

Step on your brake.
Shift gear to P
Pull handbrake
The release your foot from brake

I just did the anti-rust coating for undercarriage and wheel arc last Tuesday. It indirectly gives some soundproofing effect from noises that came from underneath. I'm quite happy that my car doesn't sound like tin milo when something hit the undercarriage anymore.

My perodua axia got sound at the back when driving on uneven road.. krok krok krok sound.. anyone facing similar problem? I suspect something in the boot is loose, but when i open my boot and shake it, no sound.

I felt it is coming from the boot door. but when i open and shake my boot door, no sound. I already checked my tire and rear bench.. Just couldnt figure out what noise is that. Do you think perodua warranty covers?

I recently had my dad borrowed my car and found out that the air conditioner dashboard vent was broken due to his habits of fixing things that he doesn't know of.

I was thinking of replacing with the same part, since it still six months old. So where should I get the replacement? Does the service center have one?

sifu2, is that axia noneed like old car type keep eye on water refill 1? sa tell about this liquid and so long long no need change.... +.+

New Axia owner reporting in!

Just checked the car when SA handed it over to me this morning. The exhaust hook is badly rusted, so is the intake manifold (quite normal though). I asked the SA about it and he say that I can raise the rusty hook issue to SC during my first inspection.

As for the ride, I love it so far! Quiet and comfortable, I'm gonna keep my pink little car stock! =P

No weird sounds or noises so far. Am keeping my fingers crossed. The HU and speaker quality isn't up to my expectations, but that's not a big deal though, I'll get used to it soon. =D

Like my old wira always need to maintain refill water for cooling, is that axia dont need coz it using liquid cooling right?

2 days ago I can't start my car.. lucky can push start it ..

true story: I think I better share my experience over here... guys this is definitely not a steering lock problem... its what we call understeer... FWD cars will usually have this issue... let me tell u guys... at that speed DURING WET ROAD conditions... when u exit... high chances ur car will understeer and slide out and hit the railing... the silverstone stock tires are not good enough in gripping during the wet. highway exits are usually not normal turning but a gradually sharp turn... being a new and inexperience driver, i have had this type of accident before on my car. sideswiped my driver side 2 doors from front bumper to the back bumper... this would have been avoided if i pressed the brake hard enough to activate the ABS or by braking much earlier. However failing to do so, my ABS did not activate. so my car sideswiped. So the damage: bent suspension , changed front fender and back fender, changed 2 doors, front n back bumper and also the signal light. went to the perodua to have all the original parts replaced. fortunately the internal frame is untouched cuz only the surface is affected. cost : 6k+ and 2mths time. therefore... brake early when doing exit, be more careful when its raining (ESPECIALLY those using stock "shitty" performance silverstone tires). Invest on UR bars (front strut and rear antiroll bar at least) if u need more control during cornering. upgrade rims and change tires to sport performance tires if budget permits. if no, DRIVE SLOW. axia ain't sports car. Just sharing my experience here.  -PuPu^ZaPruD3r- would agree on this totally.

Hi, I'm a poor daddy. Wanna to ask you opinion whether I should go for E or G spec?

Today feel very stress on my gear problem. Once moving from P to R, I feel very hard to move and will feel like startled after able to move to R. Have you all facing the same?? Its happened intermittently usually on the slope place. I'm planing to send my car for checking. Already mentioned before during service, but they said nothing wrong/no need to do anything.

Anyone change their 1st battery , what is the time of the battery change ? , just saw some 1 years 7 months change then this mr  mootikpin  change on 1 year and 3 months , had anyone haven't change the battery yet and the car more than 2 years old ? ,

Sometimes really dunno just perodua sc  test the battery when the battery not fully charge  or the battery really fail the test  .

Better keep jumper cable in my car in case .
