BT application should be very fast, usually can be done within 1 week. Dont know why your one takes so long

just give them your card, they will do the rest. or you can also go to flight club. they will get everything done for you

not to mention we still have our touch n go, wave pay etc....

no charges, why would they wanna charge you, they would be happy as you are using their services

I was charged renewal charges and service charge, prior to it, I had went to one of Aeoncredit's branch and was told there will be a waiver for my renewal charges, only service charge cannot be waived.

that was few weeks ago.

When i received my statement of account, the charges was there, I called customer service but they insist i need to pay all renewal charges and service charges. no waiver for me and I cannot cancel my card as they have charged me for it, no matter how i need to pay both the full amount.

I am so pissed off now!!!!!!

unfortunately no. they told me they will key into the system, cannot give me evidence as it had not been billed.

the reason i went to the branch because i wanted to pay my outstanding of 0.80 service charge from payment by maybank2u., that was the time i know charges will be coming and i asked for the waiver.

I should have cancelled the card while in the branch!!!

I wanted to cancel the card but was told even if i cancel the card, the service charge and subscription will still need to be paid. and if i dont pay they will charge me interest + late payment charge of rm50 every month.

Lousy credit card, my card had expired for almost 6 months, no replacement card sent to me.
Today I received statement, being charged annual fee and service charge.
Called customer service, they say cannot process my request to cancel card because they varification failed after asking me 7 questions - credit card number, ic number, telephone number, address, mothers name, supplementary card name, employers name. Ask me to go to their branch instead to cancel the card.
