I can vouch for this. I currently have 5 cards. My salary just slightly above RM36k. No outstanding for each. Only use it for EPP and special offers for discounts. Only bank that rejects me is Public Bank, I've already applied twice from them and both time they reject me. No reason given.
I also have 5 credit cards and CCRIS record is clean. l applied for CIMB and AmBank credit cards at the sametime. CIMB was approved but AmBank rejected. In fact, AmBank rejected me twice. Will try to apply for the third time after 6 months.
