I have the platinum card. My card expired and I did not receive the renewal card. I called them 5 times only managed to reach someone. The customer service kept saying will get someone from credit card team to call me back but no one did. After finally reached someone, I asked them to send another card. The agent said it is free and will send. I havent received the card after 3 weeks but bombshell, saw rm35 for card replacement fee in my latest statement. Now I cannot reach anyone to get them to waive the fee.
I have so many credit cards, but AEON credit call center is the only call center that takes message to call back. Seriously?
I have been using the card for many years, no issue, never needed them before. I was able to self service online. Until I needed them then they hide like I am trying to collect debt from them.
