A question on credit limit: I have had my Aeon card for just 4 months. Is it possible to ask for credit limit increase for the purpose of higher availability for balance transfer? Is it too soon?
I have around the same time applied for a card with Public Bank and I get a higher limit.

When I applied I provided my last 3 months' salary slip as the supporting documents.
I do have rental income that is included in my Form B. Maybe I will try to ask for a review using my form B for 2018.

I requested for waiver of annual fee RM30.00 and SST RM25.00 just now. I was told SST no waiver as it's a government tax, but for annual fee, the CSA said she would refer to the management. (I expected to be told to spend like RM500 in the next 60 days or something but no such condition set)
My usage of the card for retail transactions are actually not many, I use Aeon mainly for balance transfer. So it's good if I can get annual fee waiver.

Aeon's statement for October is indeed late. My statement date is 25th, it's already 29th and still not available.

I have recently received an SMS from Aeon offering
me credit limit increase, with a cash back I replied the SMS but until now haven't heard from Aeon.
Has anyone else got this offer?

Yes just saw mine.
Few days ago I had an unauthorized RM5 transaction on my Affin card, now Aeon. Hope the banks are not scrambling to block/replace cards all at the same time

It's been 3 weeks since I received the SMS about replacing my card but nothing is in sight yet.
I don't remember spotting any unauthorized transaction so if Aeon has gone to replace all cards this is going to be a massive exercise!
On the other hand, my new Affin card came in after 12 days after I reported a fishy charge of RM5.
Hope the Aeon card will come in soon. I want my BT card back

I just called Aeon. CS informed that they haven't processed my card replacement yet. I asked if I can opt not to do the replacement as I don't recall seeing any unauthorised transaction. She said the card replacement exercise is for all so they will definitely give me a new card. I opted for collection at the branch hopefully it will be faster.
