Reported them to BNM. Few days ago a manager called me personally. Credited back today. So those which has missing cashback and unresponsive email, please report to BNM.

Just called CS to ask for waiver for SST for my Aeon Big Credit Card. But unfortunately cannot be waived. I did ask about Aeon Platinum. They say can request for annual fee waiver. Just need to swipe RM50 x 12 times then they will waive annual fee for Aeon Platinum. Just FYI those who still keeping that card to pay TNB. The only card that gives cashback for TNB payment.
