guys, any credit card by AEON CREDIT enables free usage of AEON LOUNGE?

I thought those are the plaza premium lounge??

guys, my first transaction for aeon big gold visa was posted on 17th Feb 2020.

Until today, i have not received my CB from BP top up....

does it qualify for CB or do i need to wait for another one more month.

that is the simplest method that I use to make my payment.

RM0.10 is reasonable for the cashback that you get monthly....better to save money by saving time / lean to convenience.

I used to get RM 15 as 2% cashback for topup of RM 750 to e-wallet...

only get RM 1 as cashback since 25th Sep.....

Anyone knows what is going on?

Need to email them for the difference that they forgot to pay? hahaha

The two transactions are reload to TNG e wallet.

The funny thing about it is that I have consistently reloading the same amount to the same e wallet at around the same time each month

I questioned CS on why some months I couldn't get the CB.

So they replied me this and I don't understand lol.

It is the same transactions on my end.

But I think it is rather unfair to card holders since the nature of the transaction is the same as saved card transaction.

Since traveling will be more frequent moving forward, any1 tried to use the plaza premium lounge using the Aeon Card before?

It says in the image extract above that min spend of RM 500 (Single or Cumulative) within 30 days before and / or 30 days after lounge visit date.

Question 1: Reloading to random e-wallet should count as spending?

Question 2: How do we know if we qualify for the free access to PPL or not at the point of entry?

Question 3: Relating to Q2, does it mean it will allow entry first. then subsequently bank will check if you qualify. if you dont qualify then they charge you for the PPL entry fee?
